Rufino Coffee
Rufino Coffee, a family-run roastery based in North York, ON, has been perfecting the art of coffee roasting since the 1970s. With decades of experience and a deep-rooted passion for quality, it’s no surprise they produce some of the best beans in Canada. We’re thrilled to be partnering with them—our love for their espresso is what originally sparked the idea to open our little take-out café here in Trenton, NS.
Their ‘Super Bar’ espresso blend is our top pick and the heart of every double-shot espresso drink we serve.
The Little Pastry House
We’re thrilled to be partnered with The Little Pastry House in Stellarton, NS—where everything is truly baked with love. You’ll often spot their decadent chocolate croissants and irresistible pastries at our café window, and their beautiful European-style sourdough loaves make a regular appearance at our Sunday market. Trust us… it’s all so good.

WhistleBerry Market
Great sandwiches start with great ingredients—and that’s why we love WhistleBerry Market. Located a hop skip and a jump away in Alma, NS, this market is known for their top-quality meats, and they’ve become a go-to for our café staples. But it doesn’t stop there—we also source fresh-baked goods, cheeses, flour, spices, and more from them. Always local, always dependable, and always delicious.
Full Steam Coffee Co.
Full Steam Coffee Co. is a Nova Scotia based roaster that has their roasting facility located in Guysborough, and is a proud part of our drip coffee lineup since day one. As a locally rooted roastery, they’re known for rich, bold blends that bring real East Coast character to every cup. We brew up their Perfect Storm dark roast and Louisbourg 1713 French roast for our cold brews—and we’ll be offering even more of their selections as the season rolls on.

Propeller Brewing Company
Awesome sodas, seriously. From crisp Root Beer and bold Ginger Beer to zesty Lemonade Soda and more—these fizzy favourites from Propeller Brewing Co. in Halifax, NS are the perfect match for our lunch sandwiches. Already a hit with our customers, and we’re pretty sure you’ll love them too.
Eastern Tea Bar
All of our amazing teas are sourced from Eastern Tea Bar, a small Halifax-based tea company known for curating high-quality teas from around the world. Whether you’re in the mood for a freshly brewed cup (hot or iced!) or want to take some loose-leaf tea home, we’ve got you covered with 50g packs available right at the café.

Creekside Farm Maple
This family-run maple syrup farm near Blue Mountain produces top-notch, pure maple syrup—and it’s our go-to sweetener at the café! In fact, we use it in most of our coffee and tea drinks. Delicious, local, and totally worth bragging about.
Have Fun. Coffee
Have Fun. Coffee is a small-batch specialty roastery based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. They focus on roasting fresh, seasonal coffees that are ethically and transparently sourced through trusted partnerships. Their mission? To make great coffee fun, approachable, and full of personality, while keeping transparency and sustainability front and center—one cup at a time.

NOBL
We couldn’t have opened our doors without the incredible support of a small business loan from NOBL. Huge thanks to the amazing team behind the scenes who help bring local dreams to life—you made this possible!
